Estimates for 1934 will be required in connection with the
administration of the Ordinance: namely:-

The Finance Committee have been consulted and have agreed informally to this increase in the authorised establishment, and I should be glad to receive your covering approval in due course.
5. It is proposed that the Ordinance shall be brought into force as soon as the necessary arrangements have been made as regards staff and office accommodation.
