You are, I think, aware that your name bas
been suggested to the Secretary of State for the
Colonies in connection with the survey of the educational
yetem in Hong Kong. In the event of this work being
offered to you you would no doubt like to have more
detailed information regarding its nature than can con-
veniently be given in correspondence.
Could you manage
to have a talk with me about it? If so, I suggest 2.30
p.m. on Friday, 2nd November or il s.m. on Saturday
November at the above address.
