"An Ordinance to provide for the Incorporation

"of the Regional Superior in Hong Kong of the

"Foreign Mission Sisters of St. Dominic

"commonly known as Maryknoll Sisters.

The enclosed report by the Attorney

General explains the objects and reasons of the

Ordinance.

I also forward a certificate under my

hand as required by Article XXVII of the Royal

Instructions dated the 14th February, 1917.
