Thus on November 30th, 1933, the Inspectorate was aware that 750 (152 plus 330 plus 288)

Muitsai had not been found at the addresses recorded in

the Register. It will be understood that a simultaneous

visitation of all the premises concerned would not be

possible and that therefore the absence or presence of

Huitsai cannot be certified for the last day of any

particular period.
