The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents
his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the
Colonies, London, and with reference to the last
paragraph of the Governor's confidential despatch of
1. the 16th January, 1934, is directed to forward the
accompanying Indent No.36 of 1934, which it is regretted
was inadvertently omitted from the despatch and to
request that he will be so good as to attach the Indent
thereto.
