#ith reference to xy Fote of the 2nd. October
on the subject of the working greenent for through
traffic between the Chinese and British Sections of
the Canton-Kowloon Railway, I now have the honour to
transmit herewith two copies of the greement duly
signed by His xcellency the Governor of Hong Kong,
which I have received from him.
I shall be glad if Your Fxcelleney will cause
these two copies to be forwarded to the Finistry of
Railways for signature in accordance with the arrange-
ments already agreed upon.
I avail myself of this opportunity to renew
