I have the honour to submit for
the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the
following Ordinance intituled:-

"An Ordinance to make provision for
"a loan of twenty five million dollars
"for the carrying out of certain public "works, for the redemption of certain
"inscribed stock, and for other purposes".
The enclosed report by the
Attorney General explains the objects and reasons
of the Ordinance.
