Any notice, request or consent to be given by the Postmaster General under these presents may be served by sending the same in a registered letter addressed to the licensee at the usual or last known place of residence or business of the licensee, or by delivery to the master of the said ship, and any notice to be given by the licensee under these presents may be served by sending the same in a registered letter addressed to the Postmaster General, Hong Kong.
