the War Department regarding the
provision of lands by the Government of a
Colony are recorded in circular despatches
to Governors from the Colonial Office of
the dates 9th June 1890, 30th December
1894, and 30th June 1903. Copies of
these are enclosed for your convenience
the actual covering despatch of 9th June
1890 merely transmitted the enclosed
memorandum for information.
