not meet the cost of the erection of a new Church, and
that an additional sum of approximately $12,500 will
have to be found by the Church Body for that purpose.

The removal of the hill on which the present
Church stands is essential for the proper development
of the neighbourhood, and, pending the conclusion of this exchange, it has not been possible to proceed with a number of applications for the sale of land in the vicinity.I shall be glad therefore to be notified
of your approval, if granted, by telegraph.
