(d) The design of the exterior elevations and ine disposition of any building to be erected on the lot shall be subject to the special approval of the Director of gubile works.
(•) In the matter of height, any building erected on the lot must be in compliance with Section 188(4) of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance No. 1 of 1903.
(f) The purchaser shall pay into the colonial Treasury, on demand, the cost of removing any water main, gas main or service pipe, osbie, telegraph or telephone line, sewer or culvert, which the Director of Public works my consider it necessary to havt removed.
