1.
1 have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an
Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Twenty-seven million
twenty-nine thousand two hundred and thirty-five dollars
to the Public Service of the year 1934, and I am of opinion
that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's instructions.
2. This is the usual annual Appropriation Ordinance for
the service of the Colony for the following year and is in
the usual form.
3. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
