the subject of the Estimates of

Revenue and Expenditure of the Colony

for the year 1934 and to confirm my

telegram of the 5th January conveying

general approval of the Estimates, and

in particular of the loan works

referred to in paragraph 8 of your

despatch No.515. His Majesty will

not be advised to exercise his powers

of disallowance in respect of

Ordinance No.19 of 1933 intituled

"an Ordinance to apply a sum not

exceeding twenty-seven million twenty-
