of manuel Raphael Belilios, deceased.
WHEREAS Emanuel Raphael Belilios, late of the Colony of Hong
Kong and there domiciled, deceased, died in the year 1905, and
under his last will and testament certain of his property in the
said Colony, known or referred to as the General Trust Estate
or the Residuary Trust Funds, became vested in the Trustees
named in his said will, and/or the codicils thereto:
AND WHEREAS Raphael Emanuel Belilios, sole surviving son of the
said Emanuel Raphael Belilios, deceased, took a beneficial
interest under the said will and/or codicils as tenant for life
in the said General Trust Estate:
AND WHEREAS Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3 of 1932 reads 38
follows:

This Ordinance shall apply in the case of every deceased person dying or who shall have died on or after the first day of January,1916; and it shall also apply in the case of every deceased person who shall have died before that date if representation to his estate has not been applied for before the second day of May,1921.
AND WHEREAS the said Raphael Zmanuel Belilios died on the 17th
October, 1922, and upon his death the said beneficial interest
ceased and passed within and under the provisions of the Estate
Duty Ordinance, 1932, of Hong Kong, in that behalf, with conse-
quential obligations as to delivery of an account to the Estate
Duty Commissioner of Hong Kong, and payment of estate duty in
the said Colony:
