Many thanks for your letter. I will find out the
Attorney's add re ss and write to him, sending him the drafts.
The correction which you suggest to the last paragraph on
page 2 will be made. I shall mention to the Attorney that
you concur in the drafts.
It was, I think, agreed between Sir M. Gwyer and
yourself that the draft Order in Council was prepared merely
to assist the Privy CounciĮ Office. It is good of you to
take upon yourself to put this so as not to ruffle them.
