With reference to paragraph 2 of Lord Passfield's

despatch No.237 of the 19th August, 1930, and in continuation

of my despatch No.1 of the 4th January, 1933, I have the

honour to report that the number of muitsai on the registers

on the 31st May, 1933, was 2,820. On the 30th November, 1932,

the number on the registers was 3,017. Between these dates

there has thus been a net decrease of 197, accounted for as

follows :-
