no doubt consider the name of Mr.

R.K. Collings, whose provisional

selection for appointment as a Ship

Surveyor in the Straits Settlements

was cancelled in January 1932, and

whose name you were requested to note

for consideration in connection with

any suitable vacancies, in the letter

from this Office of the 13th of January
