Conditions of sale for New Kowloon Dairy Farm

Lots granted on 10 years lease without premium.

(a) Term of lease 10 years commencing from the date of a letter from

the Director of tublic Works stating that the area is at the

disposal of the lessee.

(b) Crown Rent at the rate of $50.00 per acre per annum to commence

from the date of the letter mentioned in (a).

(c) All buildings to be erected on the lot to be subject to the

special approval of the Director of Public Works.

(a) The position of any buildings to be erected on the lot to be

subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works.

(e) All buildings to be subject to the requirements of the Fublic

Health and Buildings Crdinance No. 1 of 1903, Sanitary Depart-

ment and Folice.

(f) The lot shall only be used for the purpose of keeping cows, pigs

and poultry and growing grass for cattle and the housing of the

staff necessary to work the area as Dairy Farm Lot, and the

number of cows, pigs and poultry to be kept on the lot and the

number of persons to be allowed to live on the lot to be subject

to the approval of the Colonial Veterinary Surgeon.

(g) The lot to be fenced in to the satisfaction of the Director of

Fublic Works, if required by that officer.

th) The lessee to make his own arrangements with regard to water

supply.

(j) The drainage of any buildings erected on the lot to be disposed

of as may be required by the Director of Fublic Works and the

lessee must make all arrangements at his own expense for the

disposal of foul or contaminated water by the construction of

septic tanks or otherwise as the Director of Public Works may

direct.

(k) The new lot to be exempted from the provisions of the New

Territories Regulation ordinance Fart ii.
