(1) The lessee of the lot must notify the Superintendent of

Botanical and Forestry Department in the event of his requiring
the removal of any trees from the lot, which may interfere with
the use of the lot for the purpose stated in (f). Such trees
will be removed by the said Superintendent.
(m) The lessee of the lot shall pay the cost of removing any Chinese
graves at present on the area, if such removal becomes necessary;
the work to be done by the Tung Wah Hospital Authorities.
(n) The exact boundaries of the lot to be determined before the
issue of the Crown Lease. In the event of any excess or
deficiency in area being found to exist as compared with the
area stated in these conditions, Crown Kent will be adjusted
at the rate of $50.00 per acre per annum.
(c) The lessee of the lot to take up the Crown Lease when called
upon to do so by the Land Ufficer and pay him the sum of $30.00
for the same.
(p) The lessee, his executors or administractors, shall not at any
time sell, assign, mortgage, charge, demise, sublet or part
with possession of the lot.
(q) The lessee shall erect cowsheds on the lot to the satisfaction
of the Director of Public Works within 12 months of the date on
which possession shall be given and shall expend thereon a sum
of not less than $3,000.00 per acre.
(r) ïhe lessee shall not at any time during the term of lease of the
lot, after the expiration of the period mentioned in clause (q),
carry on the business of Dairy Farming at any other place within
the Colony of Hongkong, without the consent of the Governor or
other person duly authorized by him in that behalf.
(8) Should the lessee neglect or fail to comply with these con-
ditions or any of them His Majesty shall have full power to
re-enter and take possession of the lot and dispose of same in
such manner as to His Majesty shall seem fit.
