I have the honour to submit for the
signification of His Majesty's pleasure a Bill intituled
"An Ordinance to make provision for the redemption of
the bonds issued under the authority of the Public Works
Loan Ordinance, 1927".
The usual report by the
Attorney General is attached, together with an announcement
which was made by the Colonial Treasurer, Mr. E. Taylor,

in Legislative Council. on the 11th May.
reading of the Bill was taken on the 15th June, and it
was passed on the 2nd June.
I am addressing you separately regarding
Section 13 of the Ordinance.
