Dear Cowell,
We have received an indent from Hong Kong for
the printing and supply of new Conversion bonds. This
is the first intimation we have had that the Public Works
Loan 1927 has been converted, and it would be useful if you
would let me have particulars of the new loan and the terms
of the conversion, and also of any arrangements made or
proposed regarding the sinking fund of the previous loan
which is still in our hands.
