No.84 to the Secretary of Etate for the Colonies
repeated to you as Canton No.2 of the 5th May, 1983,
regarding an Australian named Frack, I have the

the statement made by Mr. Lai Bhun-fu, interpreter
in the Secretariat for Chinese Affairs, regarding his
participation in the actions of Vr. Brack during the
latter's recent visit to Canton.
