News was received in Shanghai last week announcing the death at Wednes- Godalming, Surrey, day, September 28, after a long illness, of Mrs. May Osborne Har- ley, the wife of Dr. E. L Marsh. Deceased, who was 57 years of age, was until her departure from Shanghai several years ago owing to illness, a well-known figure in local society circles and she took a keen interest in the activities of British women in Shanghai.
