Cadet Officers are similarly distributed as the principle
would seem to extend to them also.

Resolutions, which will be forwarded to you in
due course, were taken after the Bill had been passed to
cover the estimated expenditure in 1933 on loan works, with the exception of the expenditure on the Tytam Tuk Catchwaters,
which awaits the authority asked for in paragraph 8 above. The other loan schemes have already received your approval. 14. I shall be glad to receive in due course your authority to proceed in accordance with the estimates passed
by the Legislative Council.
