Owing to development in the neighbourhood of the existing Victoria Home & Orphanage the removal of the Home to a more suitable site has become a matter which cannot be long delayed. The sum mentioned is to compensate for rebuilding.
Also in connection with the development of the same area the removal of the Holy Trinity Church from K.I.L. 1156 cannot be long delayed. The sum shown is for the assessed value of the structure.
