1. I have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an
Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary
Sum of twenty seven thousand two hundred and forty three
Dollars and sixty seven Cents to defray the Charges of the
year 1933, and am of opinion that it is one which is not
contrary to the Governor's instructions.
2. The Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
