than $12,000.00 within 24 months from the date of
possession of these areas, in lieu of the sum of
$5,000.00 to be expended on the area cross-hatched
red on plan "A" as stated in Special Condition No.
(4) of the conditions of sale of Inland Lot No.2845.
(g) The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury, on
demand, the sum of $8.00 for each additional boundary
stone required to define the lot; also the cost of
refixing any existing boundary stones, which will be
supplied and fixed by the Director of Public Works.
(h) The exact boundaries of the lot including the extension
to be determined before the issue of the Crown Lease.
In the event of any excess or deficiency in area being found to exist as compared with the area stated in
these conditions the amount to be paid by or to be refunded to the lessees in respect of such excess or deficiency will be calculated at the rate of $1.00 per
square foot and Crown Rent to be adjusted at the rate of $450.00 per acre per annum on the areas coloured
red and cross-natched red on plan "A" and $800.00 per
acre per annum on the areas coloured red and cross-
hatched red on plan "B".
5. The reason for condition (f) is that the class of
building already erected on the lot is good, and would be
spoilt by further development on the area cross-hatched red
on plan "A".
