I first saw the accused about 4.30 p.m. on the 4th

he was under arrest for the murder of George Fung •

6.30 p.m. 1 charged him with procuring certain persons to murder George Fung, i.e., Zimmern, Christie and Souza
and thers. That dha ge was altered twice.

Fung. On the 22nd. June I went to Bianey Villa & saw
Exh. 33 in possession of Sergeant Baker. I sent it to the
armourer, received it back, a kept it.
