shortly before, i.e. from the 10th March, by accused
to compass the death of Fung.
If the evidence is admitted I shall rais ask for the
point to be reserved under 5.78 if necessary.

That has not been definitely admitteủ.
There is no connexion between the alleged interview
on the 21st March and the incidents of the 24th March, or
between it and the crime alleged which is a counselling
