Shuckburgh has now gone on leave and
we have dealt with the Hong Kong Harbour dredging question in the light of the records which he has loft and of his correspondence with you.
I enclose a copy of a lettor which I have written to the Secretary of the Imperial Shipping Committee and also a copy of a separate explanatory letter which I have sent to Sir Halford Mackinder.
