IMPERIAL SHIPPING COMMITTER.
Circulated herewith, for the information of
members, is a copy of the letter sent by the Chairman
to the Secretary of State for the Colonies on the 1st
October, 1932, regarding the dredging of Hong Kong
Harbour.
