Hong Kong Shing Mun Valley Waterworks.

We have now been through the draft agreement for

Class II officers forwarded with your letter M/S.A. of

the 24th September, and have the following observations

to make thereon:-

Schedule.

Clause 1. We suggest the addition of the

words "not exceeding five years" after the word

"work".

Clause 2. Please see our remarks on the same

clause in the draft agreement for Class I officers.

Clause 3(4). We suggest the omission of Clau se

Clause 6. We think this should be omitted and

the new wording as given for the Resident Engineer

substituted.

Clause 8. Please refer to our comments on

the same clause in the draft agreement for Class I

officers.
