has drawn attention to the urgent necessity
for proceeding with the Shing Mun scheme as soon as possible, and in No.28 on 82773 and No.5
on this file he has agreed to the Crown Agents' proposals regarding procedure and fees in connection with the engagement of the Consulting
Engineers. He has also put up the names of four engineers, one of whom he suggests should
be selected by the Consulting Engineers to work
with them.
