Sir,
With reference to your note No. 985/310 of the
2nd instant, forwarding two Writs of Summons granted
by the High Court of Justice at Tehran for service on
the firm of Arratoon V. Apcar and Company and Agha
Mohamed Ally respectively, both of Hongkong, I have
the honour to inform you that before any steps can
be taken in the matter it will be necessary for
English translations of the documents to be furnished.
I accordingly beg leave to return to you
herewith the enclosures in your note with the request

that you will be so good as to arrange for the necessary
translations to be provided.
