The Persian Minister presenta his compliments
to His Majesty'a Principal Secretary of State for
Foreign Affairs, and has the honour to enclose two
Write of Sum ons which have been granted by the Higa
Court of Justice at Teheran, in respect of certain
olis, to be served respectively on the firm of
Arr took V, Apear & Co. of Hongkong, and Agha Mohamed
Ally, also of Hongkong.
As the Persian Government have no consular
representation at Hongkong, they would be grateful
if the Seoretery of State would be so good as to cause
these Writs to be transmitted to the competent depart-
ment of His Britanic Majesty's Government with a view
to their betze served on the above-named parties, and
their gignatures (with date) obtained thereon, and
returned to this Legation.
