Sir,
I am directed by Secretary Sir John Simon
to transmit to you herewith, for the information of
the Secretary of State for the Colonies, a copy of
correspondence with the Persian Legation, regarding
the enclosed Writs of Summons granted by the High Court
of Justice at Tehran for service on the firm of
Arratoon versus Apcar and Company and Agha Mohamed Ally
respectively, both of Hong Kong.
2. Sir John Simon would be obliged if the
Governor of Hong Kong could be requested to take action
