THE number of wires which may be attached by the Telephone Company to any bracket or pole within the numbers limited by the preceding clauses shall be such as the Company may decide.

AS

between the Governor and the Telephone Company it is agrad that Clauses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17 and 20 of the principai agreement shall operate and be binding upon the Telephone Company in all respects as if the same were incorporated in this present agreement with the substitution therein of the words "The Telephone Company" for the words "the Company" and the omission of the words "posts", "telegraph poles" and "cables" wherever the same may appear and also with the omission of the last sentence of Clause 15.

AND WHEREAS the execution of these presents by the Company cannot immediately be obtained.

NOW IT IS HEREBY FURTHER WITNESSED that if the ratification and confirmation by the Company be not signified by its execution of these presents within a period of six months after the 1st day of September, 1932, then these presents shall as from the expiration of such six months be void and of no effect and the Telephone Company shall forthwith remove the said brackets and wires and in default of such removal the Company or the Government may remove the same.
