Ordinances of that colony, the formal concurrence of
Their Lordships will be given to the application of the
provisions of Rule 9 under Section 7 (1) of the
Superannuation Act, 1909, to Mr. Charlton's case in
respect of his service under this Department.
I am further to add that the Board assume that the

Hong Kong Government will accept full liability for the
superannuation of Mr. Charlton, including the payment of
death gratuity, in accordance with the appropriate
Ordinances of that colony, as from 11th November, 1932.
