We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated
21st instant, reference P. 110, regarding the training at our
Chelmsford College of members of the Hong Kong Government's
Wireless Staff, whilst on leave in this country.
The matter is receiving attention, but before any
definite decision can be taken, it is important that we should
know the total number of men who will attend the College,
whether they will attend singly or in batches, if the latter,
the number, and finally, the period or the dates over which
such training will be spread.
We trust you will be in a position to furnish the
above information, when the matter will receive our immediate
attention.
