a copy of your letter will be sent
to the Governor. The report of the
League of Nations Traveling Commission
on the traffic in women and children in
the Far East, which is expected to deal
with the question of adoption by
purchase, will probably be available
at an early date, and in the circumstances
it appears desirable to await its
publication.
