By consent the Appellant withdraws his appeal on the
undertaking of the Government of Hong Kong.
1) To remove the "ship" indorsements from the Deportation Order.
2) That in no case will the Appellant be sent to French or French Protected Territory or put on a French ship.
3) To use its best endeavours to secure that he should reach a place to which he desires to go.
4)
To subscribe £250 towards the Appellant's costs.
