be deported from Hong Kong (and of this the Governor
is of course the sole Judge) that object has now been
achieved without any question. It was necessary and
desirable in our opinion for the Government of Hong
Kong to make a contribution of £250 towards the
Appellants costs in order to arrive at the solution
above set out.
