the subject of discussion with the Advisory Committee.

The Company therefore desires to suggest for
the consideration of the Secretary of State that it would
be convenient to both parties to proceed with the com-
pletion of the supplementary agreement, in order that
the services may be taken over as soon as possible
leaving the question of the main agreement in abeyance.
