Spirit Licences .
I authorise the Treasurer to issue an adjunct licence to the above named person
to retail liquors in any quantity under two gallons on the premises named above as an
adjunct to the business carried on by him in the said house. I am satisfied the said
person is a person of good fame and reputation, and is fit and proper to conduct such
house as aforesaid ; and I have taken from the said person and his sureties the requisite
recognisances in the sum of three hundred dollars each, according to the form prescribed
by the said Ordinance .
