competiton by Government with Company in
commercial services and any exception could
only be justified by very special considerations.
In present case as indicated in my telegram
No.138, Company express readiness to carry
out your requirements and to expedite
action as far as possible. In these
circumstances I hope you will agree to
proceed with scheme for transfer of existing
services to Company and execution by Company
of additional requirements already specified.
If you wish to add any further services as
urgently required please specify these and
I will again communicate with Company.
Procedure suggested in my telegram No.138
appears to be most convenient method of
ensuring expedition in this matter.
