With reference to Sir William Peel's despatch No.15 of the 14th January, 1932, I have the honour to
forward the accompanying copy of a resolution passed by the Legislative Council on the 26th May, 1932, to provide a further $75,700 for the completion of certain
ancillary works in connection with the Kai Tak
Aerodrome and Hangar, and to request your covering authority.
2. The reasons for this expenditure are set out in the Colonial Secretary's speech to the Council, a
copy of which is enclosed.
