With reference to your letter of the 6th August, forwarding a petition addressed to His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government from the Far East Aviation Co., Ltd., on the subject of a Flying Training School, I am directed to inform you that a copy of the petition has been forwarded to the Secretary
of State for the Colonies.
