(h) The rules to be observed and stakes to be played for by Members or visitors playing any games on the Club premises,

(i) The conduct of Members or visitors of the Club in relation to one another and to the Club servants.

(j) The setting aside of any part or parts of the

Club premises for particular purposes.

(A) The penalties to be imposed for the breach of any bye-laws or any Article of Association of the Club.

(7) The procedure at General Meetings and Meetings of the General Committee of the Club.

(m) Generally all such matters as are common- ly the subject matter of Club rules or which they may consider necessary for the proper carrying on of the Club.

45. The General Committee shall adopt such means as they deem sufficient to bring to the notice of Members all such bye-laws, amendments and repeals and all such bye-laws, so long as they shall be in force, shall be binding upon all Members of the Club.

46. Provided that no bye-law shall be inconsistent with or shall affect or repeal anything contained in the Memorandum or Articles of Association.

47. The Secretary shall affix the seal of the Club, with the authority of the General Committee and in the presence of two Meinbers of the General Committee at the least, to all instruments requiring to be scaled, and all such instruments shall be signed by the two Members of the General Committee present, and shall be counter- signed by the Secretary. All cheques or other docu-

ments requiring signature shall be signed as to choques by the Treasurer and as to other documents by the Secretary and in both cases countersigned by at least one member of the General Committee.

48. Seven days at least before each Yearly General Meeting a printed copy of the balance sheet shall be posted to every Resident Member.

Meetings,

49. The Annual General Meeting of the Club shall be held upon a date and at a time to be fixed by the General Committee for the following purposes:-

(a) To receive from the General Committee a report, balance sheet and statement of accounts for the preceding financial year. (b) To decide on any resolution which may be duly submitted to the Meeting as herein- after provided.

Any Member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give notice thereof in writing to the Secretary not less than four days before the date of such meeting.

Any matter relating to the constitution and management may also be discussed at such meet- ing.

50. At all General Meetings the President of the Club shall be entitled to take the chair if present, or if he be absent or if at any General Meeting he shall not be present within 15 minutes after the time appointed for holding such meeting, or if he shall have previously notified the Secretary of his intention of not being present, the Members shall choose another Member of the General Committee to take the chair; and if no
