(e) A representative of His Majesty's Army, who shall be nominated from time to time by the General Officer Commanding the Troops in China, and shall be an Honorary Member of the Club.
(f) An Honorary Secretary who shall be nominated annually by the General Com- mittee, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Committee. The first Secretary shall be Mr. A. W. Summers.
(7) A paid Treasurer, who shall be nominated from time to time by the General Com- mittee, and shall hold office during their pleasure. In the event of the General Committee nominating a firm of Ac- countants as Treasurers of the Club, then the firm, subject to the approval of the General Committee, shall nominate the person who shall hold the office of Trea- surer during the period that such firm shall be appointed Treasurers of the Club. The first Treasurer shall be Mr. A. Ritchie.
(h) The Captain of the Club, who shall be nominated by the Members of the Club at the Annual General Meeting in each year. Should the office of the Captain of the Club fall vacant in the course of any year, then the temporary vacancy shall be filled up by the General Committee, until the next Annual General Meeting. The first Captain shall be Mr. E. I. Wynne Jones.
(i) Six other Members to be elected at each
Annual General Meeting. These six Members shall hold office from one Annual General Meeting to the next Annual

General Meeting only. The General Com- mittee shall have power to fill casual vacancies until the then following Annual General Meeting. The first such six Mem- bers shall be elected by the General Com- inittee.
Such of the foregoing persons as are in this Article designated Honorary Members shall not be required to pay any entrance fee or subscription and shall have all the rights and privileges of a Member of the Club as registered.
There shall be the following Sub-Committees :--
(a) The Flight Committee, consisting of the Captain of the Club and four other Mem- bers to be selected by the General Committee.
(b) The Finance Committee, consisting of the Treasurer and two other Members to be selected by the General Committee.
In addition to the two forementioned, there shall be such other Sub-Committees as the General Committee in its absolute discretion shall think fit. The Members of such Sub-Committees shall be selected by the General Committee.
Management.
35. The management of the Club and the funds and property belonging to it or under its control shall be vested in and under the sole control of the General Committee.
36. The General Committee shall have power to effect and carry out any of the objects set forth in the Memorandum of Association.
