hereinafter provided for the time being in force all Members shall be entitled at all times to use in com- mon all the premises and property of the Club and to be supplied at such charges as the General Committee shall determine with such meals, refreshments, liquors and things as are provided by the Club for the use of Members.
The General Committee and Sub-Committees.
34. The General Committee of the Club shall consist of the following persons :—
(a) The Wing Commodore, who shall be Pre- sident of the Club and Chairman of the General Committee, and shall be nominated from time to time by the Governor of the Colony of Hong Kong.
(b) A representative of the Hong Kong Govern- ment, who shall be nominated from time to time by the Governor of the Colony, and shall be an Honorary Member of the Club. The first representative of the Hong Kong Government shall be the Director of Air Services at the date of the formation of the Club.
(c) A representative of the Royal Air Force, who shall be the Senior Commissioned Officer for the time being in command of the Royal Air Force, Hong Kong, or such other commissioned officer as shall be nominated by him, and shall be an Honorary Member of the Club.
(d) A representative of the Royal Navy, who shall be nominated from time to time by the Naval Commander-in-Chief of the China Station, and shall be an Honorary Member of the Club.
